Pavilion of Denmark offers

Access to the global marine industry. Pavilion of Denmark is for the entire maritime supply chain. It combines quality, green solutions, energy efficiency, and cost effectiveness. 

Premium location. The Danish Pavilion features an open and innovative exhibition area. As part of a national brand, your company will benefit from optimal location, important profiling, and a high degree of visibility.

Network and important profiling. Participation with the Danish national pavillon includes options of matchmaking, marketing initiatives, and social media campaigns.

Service. We take care of the practicalities. The building and dismantling of stands, including interior (chairs, tables, electricity etc.) is being managed for you and a representative from Danish Export - Marine will be present and take care of service in the exhibition area.

    • Building and dismantling of a turnkey stand (excluding prints/graphics for walls)

    • Cleaning during the exhibition days
    • Registration in the official catalogue and online promotion material
    • Company profiling in shared marketing material for the Pavilion of Denmark
    • Exhibitor badges based on the assigned numbers from organizer
    • Side-events for the Pavilion of Denmark exhibitors (e.g. reception, matchmaking or other networking events)
    • Coffee, tea, beverages, and snacks during the exhibition
    • Daily lunch for exhibitors
    • Service and assistance for your planning and during the exhibition

    Poster package

    For companies without need of showcasing products, and fits primarily 1-2 persons attending the exhibition. The package gives you a base for meetings, profile in catalogue, onsite promotion and a place to invite customers to visit.

    The poster package includes  
    • 1 wall for your graphics AND print for 1 wall included
    • Shared meeting table at a joint area and a brochure rack
    • Registration in the official catalogue plus online promotion material
    • Exhibitor badges based on the assigned numbers from organizer
    • Included in shared marketing material for the Pavilion of Denmark
    • Side-events for the Pavilion of Denmark exhibitors (e.g. reception, matchmaking or other networking events)
    • Coffee, tea, cold beverages, sweets and snacks during the exhibition
    • Service and assistance for your planning and during the exhibition

    Note! If you need space for TV, podium, showcasing products or for more colleagues attending your booth, please book a turnkey package of minimum 9 sqm instead.

We are applying for subsidy from The Trade Council. The price above is the estimated price incl. subsidy and depends on the approval of the subsidy application to The Trade Council 

To participate with subsidy, your company must be eligible to receive subsidies based on the de-minimis-rules and regulations from the Trade Council.

The de minimis-enactment means that a company can receive public subsidies of maximum EUR 300,000 within a period of three calendar years. To receive subsidies, companies must be registered with a Danish VAT-number and complete a business form.

 

The Pavilion of Denmark is organized by Danish Export - Food Tech and in collaboration with Royak Danish Embassy in Berlin amd Confederation of Danish Industry
